- Moorage fees are calculated on the length of the yacht or slip, whichever is longer.
- Upon arrival, yacht length overall is measured to include all components from bow to stern.
- A minimum fee applies to all slips with an electrical source. Please call the marina for rates.

RESERVATIONS and AVAILABILITY
For slip reservations or availability inquiries, simply click the ‘Book a Berth’ button above, fill out the form, and click submit. Our team will promptly confirm your reservation or provide you with requested information. Staff are also available to answer questions or take your reservation during our regular business hours at +1 778 432-0477 or by email at moorage@vimarina.ca.

RATES
The rate for your vessel’s stay is determined by a per-foot cost multiplied by the overall length (LOA) of the vessel or the length of the moorage slip, whichever is greater. We also offer discounted rates for extended stays, beginning at one month, with further discounts available at six months and one year. Victoria International Marina conducts an annual rate review each February, taking into account factors such as competition, operating costs, and supply and demand. Utilities
Shore Power | 120/240 volt single-phase power through one 100-amp and two 50-amp, centrally-metered outlets at all slips. 277/480 volt three-phase five-wire power through two 100-amp, centrally-metered outlets at our two largest slips. |
Wi-Fi/ Internet | The main service is one gigabit (up and down) fiber. Over 20 individual Wi-Fi access points, including one at each slip. Direct-to-vessel wired/ethernet connections available upon request. |
Potable Water | 2 x 3/4”, 1/4”-turn potable water spigots (55 PSI) at all slips. The reservoir for Victoria’s water is fed by a pristine, protected watershed, which means our water supply is naturally clean and clear. |
Blackwater | High vacuum (29” Hg), high discharge (40-50 GPM) fully redundant sanitary pump-out system at each slip. |
