Tofino Harbour Authority 4th Street Public Dock address is: P.O. Box 826, Tofino, BC V0R 2Z0 (250) 725-4441; tofharbour@gmail.com; Monitors VHF 66A.  Maddy Prince is the harbormaster.  Open all year, 20 & 30 amp power, water, pump out, washrooms, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi.  This is the best moorage prospect in Tofino, well-signed and convenient to the commercial district.  Watch the current.

A shoal extends into the channel from a piling east of the easternmost dock and leads across the ends of B, C and D docks.  Dredging was completed in 2017.  The minimum depth is 8 feet at 0 tide.

This is a commercial fishing harbour with some recreational moorage available on E-dock, first-come, first served.  The dock water system operates by a “loonie’ timer, similar to pay showers.  Make sure all the other faucets are closed, then feed a loonie to the timer, which pressurizes the dock system for about 15 minutes.  Water pressure is good and one dollar should get you about 100 U.S gallons of water.  Be all set up before you start the system.
