How much does a slip cost to purchase or rent long term?
The Victoria International Marina has the following slips available. Pricing is available upon request.

7 – exclusive long-term licenses
7 – one-year (year-to-year) slip leases
7 – multi-month leases (3-month minimum)
7 – slips held for daily moorage (3-day minimum)

A VIP guest services business office will be available to all marina guests next to the marina manager within the marina. Access will be available 24/7 through our concierge services.

We are expecting a package by Courier, what is your address?
Please deliver in care to Guest Services, Ambassador, Victoria International Marina, 1 Copperage Place, Victoria, BC, V9A 7J9. As soon as your package arrives it will be personally delivered to your yacht.

Does the marina have Wi-Fi? What is the password?
Yes! The password is made available upon request, and is provided within the welcome package presented to each yacht as it enters the Victoria International Marina.

Yacht Maintenance
Where is the closest marine supply store?
Depending on what is required, there are several options.

As one of Canada’s largest marine supplies since 1982, The Chandlery (online) www.thechandleryonline.com is able to deliver your order directly to the Victoria International Marina where Guest Services will handle all aspects of your shipment. Supplies ordered ahead of time can be received and held in anticipation of your arrival. Please allow for 48-hours to receive your shipment from The Chandlery.

Numerous local suppliers are within a 60 km distance from the marina. Supplies can be ordered in advance; delivered to your yacht upon arrival.

Accommodation
Are there any hotels nearby which you would recommend for our guests?
Conveniently located within a 5-minute stroll along the Songhee’s pedestrian walkway is the Delta Hotel. A short taxi ride away, is the newly renovated Fairmont Hotel as well as the historic Hotel Grand and Marriott. Each hotel is unique in its own right, and provides both spa and swimming amenities.

Upon Arrival
Do you have a map of the area?
Yes! A comprehensive map will be available in the Marina Manager’s office, and will be also included in your welcome package.

Where can I take the dog for a walk?
The Victoria International Marina is conveniently located on the Songhees walkway which provides kilometres of scenic, safe walking on a paved, dog-friendly path that weaves around the foreshore of Victoria’s shoreline or directly into the heart of downtown Victoria.

What to do on Vancouver Island?
Where can we go shopping?
There are a number of shopping malls and unique boutique districts all within and surrounding the heart of downtown Victoria. Nearest to the marina you will find the Uptown Mall or the historic Bay Centre. For distinct selections, you may enjoy an afternoon of browsing through Trounce Alley, Dragon Alley and area, or Johnson Street. For gourmet foods, artesian products and more, the local summer markets may be a preferred choice. Wherever your interest rests, the island boasts a numerous of curious choices.

Activities/Tours
The island boasts countless activities and tours in which to participate in. A current list noting date, time and pricing will be listed within the welcome packaged provided to all guests upon arrival. The package is updated continuously providing the islands most comprehensive listing of activities and tours in which to participate in.

What is there to do for entertainment on the island?
There is a lot to see and do in Victoria, on Vancouver Island and beyond. It would not be an impossibility to snow and water ski, golf and enjoy dinner in a local vineyard all in one day.

What the mind can conceive, our marina concierge can achieve for you. A list of all the events and entertainment taking place on Vancouver Island will be available through the marina manager or our concierge services.

In summer 2017, a VIP portal will be available through the Victoria International Marina website which will provide advance notice of upcoming events, and access to VIP tickets.

High quality local restaurants?
The choices are many beginning with the restaurant on site which will promote local and international cuisine. Additional restaurants are available within a short distance from the marina. This list is long. Included in the welcome package is a list of suggested restaurants categorized by food type and venue for ease of selection. Reservation reservations and special requests will be available through the marina concierge services.

Health and Wellness
Where is the medical clinic?
A medical clinic and dentist (Westside Dentistry +1 (250) 381-0028) are both within a 5-minute drive to a walk-in clinic. The Royal Jubilee Hospital (+1 (250) 370-8000) is within a 15-minute drive from the marina.

Where is the exercise gym, yoga and/or swimming pool in relation to the marina?
The Delta Hotel is a short 5-minute walk from the marina and has a gym and classes such as yoga which marina guests can enjoy. Access to their swimming pool is also available. For those preferring a full-size gym or a personal trainer there are number of choices. Each are located within either a short walk or taxi ride are listed in the welcome package provided upon arrival, or through the marina manager. Classes can be scheduled ahead of time through our concierge services.
