John Henry’s Resort & Marina

John Henry’s Resort & Marina is located at Garden Bay and monitors VHF 66A.  John Henry’s and Fisherman’s Resort are now operated as a single entity.   Open all year with 2300 feet of moorage, water and 20, 30 & 50 amp power.  They have washrooms, showers, laundry, Wi-Fi, garbage, recycling, ice, launch ramp.  Gasoline, diesel, 50:1 pre-mix, and propane at the fuel dock.  Moorage guests receive a fuel discount.  Kayak, SUPs, powerboat, cottage and RV site rentals available.   Kenmore Air and Harbour Air provide float plane service from Seattle and Vancouver.

This is a quiet, well-cared-for marina and resort with beautiful lawns and flower gardens.   The well-stocked store above the fuel dock has fresh produce, meats, sandwiches, charts, cruising guides, books, liquor agency, post office, and an ATM.  The store also carries tackle, bait, ice, gift items and hand-scooped ice cream.  The store at the fuel dock carries snack items, fishing tackle, and boat supplies.
