Sunday night at 7:30 there is an actual Music by the Sea concert at the new Victoria International Marina!  It will be much like our concerts in Bamfield in that there will be both classical and jazz artists. There will be 10 artists comprising two quintets. It will be a wonderful programme of Brahms, Bach and jazz. The performers are:

He is mining the framework of the popular jazz and classical music festival, which would have celebrated its 15th season in Bamfield this summer, for a one-off live-streamed concert at the Victoria International Marina on Sunday. Ten performers from Montreal, Toronto, Vancouver and Victoria, including big names such as Brad Turner and Neil Swainson, have signed on. Some of the participants were scheduled to appear in Bamfield at Music by the Sea.

Tickets aren’t being sold, and no patrons will be in the audience.
