Port Alberni Marinas

Port Alberni China Creek Marina is open April through September, with 88 slips 2300 feet of side-tie moorage, 4-lane launch ramp.  Gasoline, diesel, propane, 15, 20 & 30 amp power, washrooms, showers, laundry, ice, garbage drop, fish cleaning stations, playground.

Harbour Quay Marina has 15 slips and 2000 lineal feet of side-tie moorage, 20 & 30 amp power, washrooms, showers, laundry, potable water on the floats, and garbage drop.  This is a breakwater-protected marina close to downtown.  The docks have been reconfigured to create more side-tie moorage, making it attractive for larger boats.  Check ahead for availability.  Adjacent to the Maritime Heritage Discovery Centre, located in a genuine west coast lighthouse.

Fisherman’s Harbour is open all year, with 7600 feet of moorage, 20, 30 and some 50 amp power, water, washrooms & showers, garbage drop, pump-out, and 2 winches on the wharf.  Fisherman’s Harbour is adjacent to downtown Port Alberni, with all the services of downtown close by.  They never turn anyone away, but be prepared to raft.  June is the busiest month.

Clutesi Haven is open all year.  Moorage is sometimes available, call ahead.  It has water, 15, 20 & 30 amp power, washrooms, garbage drop, 4-lane launch ramp.  Clutesi Haven is located behind a breakwater near the mouth of the Somass River.  Best suited to boats 40 feet or less.  This is a popular launching spot for trailerable boats.  Hotels, pubs, and liquor stores are nearby.  Groceries are 5 blocks away.
