Copeland Islands Anchorage

Copeland Islands Anchorage.  The Copeland Islands (locally known as the Ragged Islands) are provincial parks with no facilities specifically for boaters.  Anchorage is possible in several nooks and coves among the islands, although some of the coves are exposed to wakes of boats transiting Thulin Passage.  Because of remnants of booming cable on the bottom, a buoyed trip line to the anchor crown is a good idea.  Check your swing when you anchor.  Please watch your wake in Thulin Passage.  There are environmentally sensitive areas in the Copeland Islands.
