Queen Charlotte Anchorage

Queen Charlotte Anchorage.  Queen Charlotte, on the south end of Graham Island, has many services and supplies.  Groceries, restaurants, pubs, a liquor store, ATM, marine supplies, a hardware store, rental cars, lodging, a post office, and an internet cafe are available.   Local outfitters offer guided tours which can be an option to see the protected areas.

A visitor center is just east of the Harbour Authority floats.  The staff is friendly and can answer most questions about the area.  Many summer events are hosted at a “square” just below the visitor center.

The grocery store is located approximately 1/2 mile west of the Harbour Authority.  it is restocked each Monday.  The post office, laundromat, and liquor store are in the same complex.  A farmers market is held each Saturday near the community center and library.

Anchorage, in 20-35 feet, is good in Bearskin Bay, although is open to wind and chop from the east.
