Oceanfront Event Space: This space has stunning views overlooking the entrance to the harbour, Inner Harbour, our marina, superyachts and downtown Victoria.  The room has views of the natural beauty of the west coast and is the perfect backdrop for any corporate event sure to impress the most discerning guest.  All will enjoy breathtaking southeast views through two-storey canted windows. The space can accommodate 100 guests for a sit-down function or 200 for a stand-up reception

Crew Lounge: Has its private entrance, kitchen overlooking the marina and Songhees Walkway.  It’s ideal for smaller groups around 20 seated.  This space can also be rented with the main event space.  The crew lounge is suitable for smaller conferences, seminars, and keynote presentations.

Boardroom: Intimate settings designed for executive meetings, board discussions, and important decision-making sessions.  The boardroom has 12 comfortable reclining chairs, the latest technology and a private entrance.

Audiovisual Equipment: State-of-the-art audio and visual systems, including microphones, speakers and video conferencing setups to facilitate effective communication.

Networking Areas: Lounge spaces, coffee corners, deck around the building and designated areas for networking and informal interactions during breaks.

Catering Options: Options for full catering services to provide refreshments, meals, and snacks for attendees.

Tech Support: On-site technical assistance to ensure the smooth functioning of audiovisual equipment and other technology-related needs.
