Heriot Bay Marina

Heriot Bay Inn & Marina is located P.O. Box 100, Heriot Bay (250) 285-3322 Monitors 66A.  Open all year, gasoline, diesel, propane, ice and fishing tackle.  Guest moorage available on 1800 feet of side-tie dock, mostly 15 amp power with some 30 amp, washrooms, showers, laundry, limited Wi-Fi.   Reservations recommended June through September.  Fairways between the finger floats are narrow, larger vessels should starboard-tie on the outside of the float 1.  The outer docks and fuel dock are subject to wakes from passing ferries.  Quadra Island is such a beautiful place the photo on this page is Newton Lake on the northern area of Quadra.

The hotel is delightful.  This 1913 historic hotel has ten rooms, three cabins, and a suite.  The restaurant has outdoor seating overlooking the bay, and the pub has live music on many nights.  The gift store off the lobby has local guidebooks, local artisan jewelry, crafts, and souvenirs.  The office can provide contact information for local tours and fishing guides.  Heriot Bay Tru-Value Foods is a short walk up the hill.  Bicycle and kayak rentals nearby.
